Welcome to Grade 11 Information Technology Course. In this ICT course, students are introduced to the fundamental concepts and practical applications of information and communication technology in line with the Flexible Open and Distance Education curriculum. The course focuses on developing knowledge and skills in Module 1- Computer Fundamentals, Module 2 – Advance Word Processing, Module 3 – Desktop Publishing, Module 4 – Spreadsheet 2 and Module 5 – Database 1. Students will engage in practical activities to create and manage documents, process information, and communicate using digital tools.

The course also promotes independent learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking, which are essential for flexible open and distance education. Emphasis is placed on the responsible and ethical use of technology in school, community, and workplace contexts. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with foundational ICT competencies to support further studies and everyday digital tasks.
